Initially, every patient undergoes a consultation with me. We do not operate our practice like an industrial mill, and therefore will always treat you as an individual, with respect, and with adequate time to address all of your concerns. I usually only comment on what you wish to discuss with me, so please be sure to come ready to ask me any questions you may have as an active participant.

Our office door is always open to you. Even if you need to see me several years after your surgical procedure, just call us and make an appointment. We want to know that you’re doing well, and are always here for you.

Our Philosophy: Less is More

I believe in the philosophy of “Less is More” or what we in plastic surgery affectionately refer to as the “Reconstructive Ladder”. Using the reconstructive ladder means that we avoid over-treatment whenever possible without lowering our expectations for excellent results and simultaneously maintaining the highest levels of safety. If a problem is easily solved with the use of products, I won’t recommend more complicated treatments such as lasers or injectables. And when we can reach your goals with injectables or lasers, I won’t recommend surgery.

It just happens that a lot of the problems my patients present with may require surgery, and I’m particularly skilled at applying the reconstructive ladder to my surgical decision making. My staff and I will devise an individualized plan just for you. Rather than rely on unexceptional cookie cutter treatments or surgeries, I instead believe in habits and techniques that foster excellence in outcomes.

We hope and expect that you communicate your questions and concerns, and follow our pre-operative and post-operative instructions carefully.
